Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right hearing aid?+
Choose with an ENT/audiologist using hearing-test results, ear health, listening needs, dexterity and budget.
Will a hearing aid restore normal hearing?+
It can improve access to sound and speech but does not recreate normal hearing. Consistent use and fitting adjustments are important.
Do I need one hearing aid or two?+
When both ears have aidable loss, two devices may improve localisation and speech understanding. The decision depends on testing and individual needs.
